Obama has the power to bring Obamalympics to Chicago.  What's next?

I had a couple of things on my mind this morning, so I decided to put both together in one blog.  They won't be long.

1. Right now as I write, Obama-lama-ding dong is in Israel.  And you're probably saying"okay...?"    What took him so long and why has he virtually ignored them?

This is almost October and nearly ten months since he's been in office and he just now goes to Israel?  He has pretty much pretended as though Israel is not important. 

Seen this last night and it was as sad as it was for Farrah Faucet who also died of cancer.  Patrick was still somewhat young in age, middle aged if you will.  He was 57.

My two favorite movies with him are The Outsiders and Point Break. 

Unfortuanitley, unlike his character in Point Break he didn't die doing what he loved, during the 50 year storm and surfing, but he did face a storm in Pancreatic cancer, and lost.

MTV the music...err..reality channel had it's annual music awards last night.  I'm not much of a fan of MTV, but did sweep by it a few times last night. 

I find it a bit strange for Obama to be addressing students and coming into schools over the airwaves like his plans are next week.  Isn't public schools ran enough by the government?  It's the reason why it is the way it is today. 

My thoughts are not really as crazy as Glen Beck would have it to be."Indoctrination" as he calls it, but it does make you question what if he addresses the students as planned.  Then next month he does it, and then every two weeks he's doing it, then I would be worried.

To help fight back against all the critics, Barry will now have weekly addresses.  Because the critics are all just nim-wits and been mislead on what Barry is trying to do and he wants to set the record straight.  Oh yeah, and all the critics are just conservatives...if you listen to MSNBC and ABC.

I'm sure by now you have heard of the how Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr.was arrested.  And there was a big stink over it and Gates and his powerful friends made it into a racial thing.  All the Police were doing was following up on a  break in.  Could it been handled differntly by both parties involved? Sure

You won't really hear about this on the news, and if you do it will just be called a Hate Crimes bill or something similar.  But it really does protect those who would seek to harm people in indecent ways. 

I also could never understand why a special bill for minorities.  If a white man is in an altercation with a black man and that black man dies it is a hate crime, but if the other way around it is not for example.  But this has nothing to do with black or white.

About one month from now fall classes will begin.  So since I am at about mid-point of starting my first year into College, I figured I would write something about my adventure before the adventure.

I am in "intro to algebra" class, so I can pass out of that into Survey of Mathmatics(Math 140) -It has various types of math, not just algebra.  Right now I am in a pre-requisite
